Should you decide to entertain, the floorplan is open and spacious for great flow and visibility throughout the main living space. Nestled in a well-established neighborhood, you are less than 3.5 miles from Manasota Key Beach, with its sparkling waters and soft sandy beaches, terrific for shelling and shark's tooth collecting. There is even enough space in the driveway for a small boat if you'd like to bring one along to use at the South Venice boat launch area. South Venice also offers a ferry to a secluded beach on Caspersen Island where you can escape the crowds and wander its nature trails.
